The Concrete Centre is staffed by architects, structural engineers, building physicists and material specialists and our aim is to enable designers to realise the potential of concrete for their projects.
Online learning
The Concrete Centre regularly runs webinars on a range of topics. Forthcoming webinars are shown in the event calendar.
In addition, on this site we have a number of case studies that contain useful guidance for the design and construction of concrete. Alternatively, visit our Publications Library.
Project assistance
If you are at the design stage of your project and need generic guidance on concrete solutions we can help. By providing access to our own knowledge, as well as our technical best practice guidance, we can assist you.
For more information please email info@concretecentre.com with your question, and include 'Project Assistance' in the subject line.
Training and CPD
For larger groups we can deliver presentations in your office. Please be aware that demand is very high for these presentations, and we cannot fulfil every request. A list of available topics is below.
To request a presentation in your office, please send an email to cpd@concretecentre.com, providing as much detail as possible, including topic required, location, numbers of people likely to attend and any other relevant information. A member of our team will then get back to you.
Regional clubs
The Concrete Centre team can provide CPD presentations to regional clubs, for example RIBA, IStructE, ICE and The Concrete Society.
If you would like to discuss our availability for speaking engagements in your region, please email cpd@concretecentre.com and include 'Regional Club' in the subject line.
